Wes Fulgham

Wes Fulgham joins Bullock Ward Mason, LLC as an attorney with 25 years of experience, having graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1998. After graduation and a judicial clerkship, Wes began his private practice at an insurance defense firm, though he soon discovered that his passion and future was in the representation of individuals rather than large corporations.

For the past 20 years, Wes’s practice was focused in the areas of medical negligence and wrongful death, as well as medical devices and pharmaceutical products. Wes has represented clients throughout Mississippi, in Alabama, and in Tennessee, and has recovered millions of dollars for patients and families who have received negligent care and treatment from hospitals, physicians, surgeons, and nurses who failed to meet the duty owed to those in their care.

Wes earned his bachelor’s degrees in business administration and accountancy from the University of Mississippi, and a master’s in business administration from Mississippi State University. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Mississippi, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Wes resides and attends church in the Jackson, Mississippi area and enjoys traveling, boating, coaching, and camping with his three children, Will, Nate, and Sophie.
