Leslie Pescia

Leslie Pescia has significant experience handling complex litigation, including class actions, False Claims Act litigation, and antitrust claims. She has been involved in notable cases such as In re: Target Corporation Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, which resulted in a $39.5 million settlement, and In re: The Home Depot Inc., Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, which resulted in a $25 million settlement. She also helped secure her previous firm’s largest single-case fraud settlement. While Leslie’s focus is on complex litigation, she also has experience in personal injury matters, obtaining a $750,000 jury verdict in a zero-offer case in her first medical malpractice trial.

Leslie earned her Juris doctor from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While there, she was a Knabe Scholar and named 2013 Advocate of the Year. She served as a Student Bar Association Senator for two years, a member of the Board of Advocates Executive Council, and a student ambassador for the law school, and she clerked for the Alabama Supreme Court. She also won multiple trial and appellate advocacy awards as well as legal writing awards throughout her time in law school.

Leslie lives in Louisville, Kentucky, with her dog, Scout, and enjoys spending her free time attending all types of sporting events, reading, and travelling.
