Kenneth Schnur is a partner with over 20 years of experience. Mr. Schnur represents clients on a broad variety of litigation matters, with a particular focus on commercial landlord-tenant disputes and estate litigation.
Mr. Schnur has extensive experience in handling both sides of estate litigation. He has successfully upheld a number of wills and trusts, and has also successfully challenged a number of wills and trusts where abusive behavior was involved.
In his real estate practice, Mr. Schnur represents national retailers in all aspects of their relations with landlords, and is experienced in both negotiating settlement of lease disputes and pursing litigation over lease-related disputes.
Mr. Schnur has served as an arbitrator in San Francisco Superior Court for over 15 years. Other practice areas in which Mr. Schnur is active include bankruptcy receiverships, employment litigation, personal injury, and collections law. |
